Creation of the Company
On the basis of Order No. 17 of the Ministry of Energy and Electrification of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 22, 1994, the “O’zenergota’minlash” production association was established, laying the foundation for the energy sector's logistics system.
Transformation into OJSC
Based on Order No. 912 dated November 21, 2003, the enterprise was transformed into an Open Joint Stock Company. During this period, the Company gained the right to independently plan its activities, conclude contracts with foreign investors, and ensure industrial progress.
Transformation into JSC
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-370 dated May 6, 2014, the Company was reorganized into a Joint Stock Company, enhancing investment attractiveness and strengthening corporate governance.
Strategic Development and Centralized Supply
Today, “O’zenergota’minlash” JSC is the key operator for centralized procurement within the "Thermal Power Plants" JSC structure. The Company ensures continuous supply of materials and equipment via its Kibray base (3.39 ha), customs warehouse, and modern logistics infrastructure.
